Another blogger on this site posted a video on anorexia and dying. In the video the speaker states that all of us are going to die, so why does a person with anorexia want to speed up the process. She also mentions that a person with anorexia needs to realize that they will never get thin enough in their own mine. If you are struggling with anorexia, I would encourage you to watch this video.

Here is a webcast from an interview I had on 'The Maury Popvich Show' TV Show. It should give some hope to those who have struggled with bulimia and purging. As many of you know, ongoing vomiting can destroy your teeth. Through advanced dental techniques, you can get your beautiful smile back once you get the victory over an eating disorder.

I am sorry for not blogging for such a long time. I have been very busy counseling individuals. I will start podcasting and blogging on a more regular basis.
